Masonic Village Residents ViewsResidents of the rest home meet with the Facility Manager and the Recreation Officer every month to talk about any issues or concerns they have, and to also get an update on any developments or news that the Facility Manager has to share. And there's usually plenty of news! The meeting is a great opportunity for residents to have their say – their likes and dislikes and how they’re feeling about living at Masonic Court Rest Home. Almost always the feedback is very positive. Residents appreciate the great care they receive and some are vocal about how “lucky” they are to live here. The Facility Manager also hosts a meeting with relatives and Enduring Powers of Attorney (EPOAs) of rest home residents twice a year. These meetings are well attended, also with a lot of great feedback. Below is some examples of the feedback we’ve received recently from rest home residents – both permanent and visiting on respite care - their families and friends. “The Masonic Court Rest Home environment is wonderful and we know first-hand how much you all care for each other, staff and residents alike.”“Thank you very much for putting on such a lovely afternoon tea (100th birthday celebration) and your beautiful cares of our aunty."
